Wild Rice Casserole

1 box Uncle Ben’s Original wild rice, cooked according to package directions
2 chicken breasts, cooked & cubed
1/4 c butter
1/3 c flour
1 tsp salt & pepper
1 c chicken broth
1 c half and half

Melt butter completely and add flour, salt and pepper to make a paste. Add milk and chicken broth and mix well. Pour over rice and chicken. Stir together well. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes.
